Shipping, Returns and Digital Download Policy
At Studio 623 Photography, we want to ensure that your experience is smooth and transparent, whether you're ordering physical prints or digital products. Please review our shipping and download policies below for more details.
1. Shipping Information (Physical Prints and Products)
Processing Time:
All print orders are processed within 2-3 weeks of receiving your final proof approval.
If your order includes custom products (albums, canvases, etc.), please allow up to 4 weeks for processing.
Shipping times vary based on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.
Shipping Costs:
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the size, weight, and destination of your order.
Domestic Orders: Shipping within the United States typically takes 5-7 business days once shipped, depending on the carrier.
International Orders: Delivery times vary based on location but typically range from 2-6 weeks. International shipping costs will be calculated at checkout.
Shipping Methods:
We offer standard and expedited shipping options at checkout.
All orders are shipped with tracking, and you will receive an email notification once your order has been dispatched.
Damaged or Lost Shipments:
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of receiving (or when you were supposed to receive) the item. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and offer a replacement if necessary.
2. Digital Products (Downloads)
Download Information:
Digital products, such as high-resolution images or digital galleries, will be available for download once payment is received and processing is complete.
A link to your digital download will be sent to the email address provided at checkout, typically within 24-48 hours.
Important Note: Digital files are delivered to your email address on file via a secure download link. Please ensure you have access to a stable internet connection when downloading. We recommend downloading the files within 7 days of receiving the link, as it will expire after that time.
Download Limits:
You will have 3 download attempts per file. If you experience issues with downloading, please contact us at becky@studio623photography.com, and we will assist you with accessing your files.
3. Returns and Exchanges for Physical or Digital Products:
As mentioned in our Returns Policy, we do not accept returns or exchanges on custom prints or photography products unless there is a quality or technical issue with the order.
If there is an issue with your print or product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item, and we will resolve the issue by issuing a replacement or refund, depending on the circumstances.
Return and Cancellation Policy
At Studio 623 Photography, we are dedicated to providing exceptional photography experiences for our clients. While we cannot accept returns on digital images, prints, or photography services once delivered, we remain committed to addressing any concerns you may have and working collaboratively to ensure a positive outcome. It is important to note that all terms and conditions outlined in your individual portrait photography contract will take precedence over those provided on this webpage.
1. Returns & Exchanges:
We do not accept returns or exchanges for photography sessions, digital images, or prints after delivery.
If there is a technical issue with the photos (e.g., poor quality due to equipment malfunction), we will work with you to either re-edit or re-shoot the session.
The only exception is if you receive damaged prints, products, or experience other issues with product delivery. In that case, please contact us within 7 days of delivery to address the issue.
2. Cancellations and Reschedules:
A non-refundable retainer is required to secure your booking and may be required to pre-order your item(s).
If you need to cancel or reschedule a session, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance. Deposits may be applied to a rescheduled session, but cancellations within 48 hours will not receive a refund.
For weddings, cancellations made 30 days or more before the event may be subject to a cancellation fee as outlined in your wedding contract. Cancellations within 30 days will not be refunded.
3. Custom Orders and Prints:
For print orders, once a proof is approved and prints are produced, we do not accept returns.
4. Processing Times:
For re-shoots or exchanges due to technical issues, we will work with you to reschedule at a mutually convenient time.
Digital images will be delivered within 12 weeks after the session or wedding.
Print orders will be processed and shipped within 2-3 weeks of approval of final proofs.
How to Return or Cancel:

Provide details of the issue, including your order number, the session date, and any other relevant information. If you booked online and are cancelling a session you can cancel through the provided link.
