Joel & Carolyn’s beautiful June wedding at Mt. Hood’s Skibowl resort was nothing short of amazing. Taking place on the summer solstice (and a full moon)! the weather was perfect. The crew who gathered to celebrate were full of fun, love, and laughter. There was delicious food and refreshing drinks and a great time was had by all. You know it’s shaping up to be an awesome day when you start out by catching a chairlift to the ceremony site taking in gorgeous views along the way, and finish by riding an Alpine Slide down the mountain to the reception area at the base! The views were absolutely breathtaking… this is one of the very few places I know of where on a clear day, you can see as many as five volcanos in the distance. Mt. Jefferson to the south, of course Mt. Hood, front and center, but also to the north on this day you could see Mt. Adams, Mt. Saint Helens, and even Mt. Rainier.
